One ready consignment
Start with a package list, total weight and packed dimensions. Include pallets, crates and protective packing in the measurements. A low weight does not necessarily mean the shipment takes little space.
FAST INDIA / PAN-INDIA LOGISTICS
Book a dedicated vehicle around your shipment, loading point and receiving requirements. Fast India Transport coordinates FTL enquiries across India through our published branch teams.
Full Truck Load (FTL) means a vehicle is assigned to your consignment instead of selling space alongside unrelated consignments. The vehicle does not have to be filled to its physical limit: bulky goods, handling requirements or a dedicated dispatch plan can also make FTL appropriate.
Start with a package list, total weight and packed dimensions. Include pallets, crates and protective packing in the measurements. A low weight does not necessarily mean the shipment takes little space.
Explain which pieces are fragile, cannot be stacked or need lifting equipment. Confirm loading, load restraint and unloading responsibilities before agreeing a vehicle.
Share the consignee's appointment, vehicle access and unloading hours. An FTL enquiry lets the team assess a dedicated movement; it does not by itself confirm a delivery date.
For a smaller shipment with flexible consolidation arrangements, compare part truck load transport. If you are unsure, send the same cargo details and ask the booking team to compare both options.
Body length, usable loading space and permitted payload are different things. Give the weight of the heaviest piece as well as the total consignment weight. Tell us whether loading is from the rear, side or above and whether a forklift or crane is needed.
Our vehicle overview is a starting point. The team confirms a suitable vehicle and its permitted capacity for the actual shipment. Use the cargo volume calculator to prepare measurements before asking for a quote.
| Confirm this | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Pickup and delivery scope | State both addresses, the vehicle requirement and whether the price covers any extra collection or delivery points. |
| Loading and unloading | Agree who arranges labour and equipment, plus the procedure if a site cannot receive the vehicle. |
| Waiting and changes | Ask how waiting time, a changed destination or a postponed loading appointment would be handled. |
| Other requested services | Identify packing, storage, insurance and applicable taxes separately in the written quotation. |
Freight and transit depend on the actual route, goods, vehicle and date. Request a current written quotation before committing to a customer's delivery window. The website's cargo calculator measures the load; it does not calculate a freight price.
For booked-shipment updates, call your booking branch with the LR or booking reference. The team's 24×7 shipment support is separate from office enquiry hours, which are Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–8 PM.
Plan a direct customer delivery or discuss warehousing before onward distribution. Share the storage location, expected holding time and quantities to release. Goods sent to a godown need a confirmed receiving address and appointment.
Yes, a dedicated vehicle can be discussed even when it is not full. Share dimensions, weight and the reason for a dedicated movement so the team can assess a suitable option.
This depends on the agreed quotation. State the labour or equipment needed at both ends and ask the team to record the responsibilities and charges.
No delivery window is confirmed by this page. Agree the route, dispatch arrangements, any handling points and expected delivery with the team for the actual booking.
Share the pickup and receiving points, packed goods and preferred date. Our team will confirm the service, availability and written quotation.
