FAST INDIA TRANSPORT PRIVATE LIMITED ("FAST INDIA TRANSPORT", "we", "us") operates the website www.fastindiatransport.com and provides logistics, transportation, warehousing and storage services across India. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices available to you. It is drafted with reference to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

• Contact and enquiry details you provide through our contact form, quote form, WhatsApp, email or telephone — name, company name, phone number, email address and the details of the consignment or storage requirement you describe.
• Consignment and booking information needed to perform the service — pickup and delivery addresses, consignee contact details, goods description, weight, value where declared, GSTIN and invoice references.
• Statutory documentation data required by law, including information used to generate Lorry Receipts, e-way bills and GST invoices.
• Basic technical information when you visit the website, such as browser type and pages viewed. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare quotations and respond to enquiries.
• To carry out transport, warehousing and storage services you have booked.
• To generate statutory documents — LR, e-way bill, GST invoice and proof of delivery.
• To provide shipment status updates and customer support.
• To maintain accounting, tax and compliance records as required by Indian law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your consignment data for any purpose unconnected with providing the service or meeting a legal obligation.

3. Sharing of information

We share information only where it is necessary: with drivers, attached vehicle operators, loading crews and branch teams executing your consignment; with the consignee for delivery; with government portals and authorities where required, such as the GST e-way bill system; with insurers where goods-in-transit cover is arranged at your request; and with our accountants, auditors and legal advisors under confidentiality obligations.

4. Data retention

Booking, invoicing and statutory documentation records are retained for the period prescribed by Indian tax and companies law. Enquiry records that do not convert into bookings are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, and then deleted.

5. Security

We apply reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our possession, including access control at our offices and warehouses and restricted access to booking records. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or messaging applications.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, request erasure where we are not required to retain it, and withdraw a consent you have given. 7. WhatsApp, email and third-party platforms

If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or a mapping service embedded on this site, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to the interaction. We use embedded Google Maps on our branches page purely to display our office locations.

This website uses only functional browser storage — for example, remembering whether you selected English or Hindi. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

9. Children

Our services are provided to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.
