Transit time depends on the corridor and the mode. On full truck load (FTL) bookings we typically run Mumbai–Delhi in 2–3 days, Mumbai–Jaipur in 2 days, Mumbai–Ahmedabad or Surat in 1 day and Mumbai–Bengaluru or Hyderabad in 2–3 days. Part load (PTL) adds one to two days for consolidation and hub handling. Every booking carries a committed transit time confirmed at the time of quoting.

We are a PAN-India transporter. Our regular running covers Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Navi Mumbai (JNPT), Surat, Ahmedabad, Vapi, Ankleshwar, Baroda, Gandhidham, Mundra Port, Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and the states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab. If your lane is not listed, ask — we almost certainly run it.

Goods-in-transit insurance is available on request. We recommend it for high-value, fragile or import-export consignments and will help you declare the correct consignment value. Cover, premium and claim terms are confirmed in writing before the vehicle is loaded.

For new customers we work on advance or to-pay basis depending on the consignment. Regular and corporate accounts are offered credit terms after documentation. All billing is GST-compliant, invoices carry our GSTIN, and we do not add undisclosed charges after delivery.

From one month to several years. We offer short-term storage for seasonal peaks and long-term contracts with fixed monthly rates. Storage is available at all six locations — Bhiwandi, JNPT, Old Delhi, Mundka, Jaipur and Mundra — totalling over 1,20,000 sq. ft.

Report it at the time of delivery and record the remark on the POD, with photographs where possible. Raise the claim with our branch within seven days along with the invoice, LR and photographs. Where goods-in-transit insurance is in place, we coordinate the insurer's process; where it is not, liability is settled per the terms printed on the Lorry Receipt.

Yes. Every consignment is billed on a GST-compliant tax invoice carrying our GSTIN, HSN/SAC details and the applicable rate. We also issue digital Lorry Receipts (LR), generate e-way bills and share proof of delivery, so your accounts and audit teams have a complete document trail.

Part load bookings are accepted from a few cartons upward, subject to a minimum chargeable weight on each lane. Because part load is charged on actual or volumetric weight — whichever is higher — light but bulky cargo may price higher than expected. We tell you the chargeable weight before you confirm.

Our offices work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Vehicles already in transit run through Sundays and holidays, and support for booked shipments is available 24×7 on the head-office number. Sunday pickups and deliveries can be arranged in advance on request.

Yes. We have dedicated branches at JNPT (Nhava Sheva, Navi Mumbai) and Mundra Port (Gujarat). We handle 20ft and 40ft container drayage, factory stuffing and de-stuffing, CFS coordination, port entry and bonded warehouse facilitation for import and export shippers.

Warehousing is quoted per square foot per month, per pallet, or on a transaction basis with separate handling charges — whichever suits your stock profile. The quote states inward handling, outward handling, minimum billing period and any value-added services such as labelling or palletisation, so the monthly bill holds no surprises.

Cancel before the vehicle is placed at your loading point and there is no charge. Once the vehicle has been placed or has started for the pickup, a placement or cancellation charge may apply to cover the trip already undertaken. For dedicated contracted vehicles, notice terms are as agreed in the contract.
